Holiday & Event Decorating

Embellishing the way for timeless memories

Do you have great ideas for how you want your home to look for the holidays or a special event but aren’t quite exactly sure how to make it happen, or don’t have the time? Or maybe you aren't sure what you want but you certainly appreciate decorations during the holidays or at your special event. We’d be thrilled to be your holiday and special event decorators.

Package includes:

  • Complimentary on-site consultation and space assessment

  • Sort and purge existing decor (if applicable)

  • Recommendations for needed supplies

  • 30 hours of hands-on holiday or event decorating

  • Unlimited communication via phone or email up to two weeks after the session

Organizing

Hands-On Organizing

​

  1. Consultation - schedule a tour and discuss problem areas, priorities, your vision, estimated completion time, and schedules

  2. Sort & Purge - during our initial sessions, we will identify what you have. Together, we will sort out what will be kept, donated, discarded, etc. 

  3. Organize - here's where the fun begins! Together, or alone, we will create the perfect home for the "keep" pile in places that make sense.

Package includes:

  • One-on-One time with your professional organizer 

  • On-site consultation and space assessment

  • Recommendations for needed supplies

  • Additional time spent designing layouts and organizing solutions

  • Unlimited communication via phone or email up to two weeks after the session

  • Priority scheduling

  • Hauling small donation items off after your session

Investment: $240 per 4 hour session

New Listing / Home Sale Prep

Getting your house ready for listing to sell

Are you unsure where to start to get your house ready to be listed for sale? Are you short on time or feeling overwhelmed? Or are you a real estate agent looking for a home sale prep professional? Then this service is for you!

Home Sale Prep

During the initial consultation, we will walk through each room in the house together to assess and discuss our recommendations.​​​​ Our unique checklist is curated throughout the consultation and covers everything from outside curb appeal to decluttering and staging the inside so any buyer can see themself living in the home. This checklist is handed off to the seller so they know exactly what to do next. â€‹

Package includes:

  • One hour walk through consultation

  • The Home Revive's unique New Listing Checklist (which is then personalized to the seller at the initial consultation) to complete at their own pace

Investment: $200 per 1 hour consultation 

​

Still feeling overwhelmed with the checklist? Or maybe short on time to get everything done? The Home Revive is available to help with decluttering/organizing and overall staging of your house to get it ready for listing. Our goal is to get your home sold!

Investment: $75 per 1 hour session

  3. Decorate - here's where the fun begins! Together, or alone, we will create the perfect place for everything in the room to create the feeling you want.

  • One-on-One time with your professional room reviver 

  • On-site consultation and space/decor assessment

  • Recommendations for needed supplies

  • Additional time spent designing layouts and decorating

  • Unlimited communication via phone or email up to two weeks after the session

  • Priority scheduling

Investment: $320 per 4 hour session 

​
